Single Owner/Operator of senior living campus (independent and skilled services) in South St. Louis is looking for an administrator that offers both compassion and business acumen. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Senior independent living and skilled nursing services preferably in a CCRC setting • A valid and active Missouri NHA license • Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field • Management background supporting ability to: o read and interpret financial statements, o manage a budget, and o implement and maintain a compliance and quality assurance program • Insurance, Medicaid and Medicare knowledge and experience• Strong communication skills • Minimum three years of experience within a senior community with independent living, skilled nursing services and assisted living services• Clinical experience a plus.
