Executive Director

The St. Louis Altenheim is seeking an Executive Director that offers both compassion and business acumen. This boutique senior living community has been located on its historic site for over a century. The original building has been replaced and renovated over the years and still offers the same warm, comfortable touch that endears the residents to this community.  Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Senior independent living and skilled nursing services preferably in a CCRC setting• A valid and active Missouri NHA license• Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field • Management background supporting ability to: o read and interpret financial statements, o manage a budget, and o implement and maintain a compliance and quality assurance program• Insurance, Medicaid and Medicare knowledge and experience• Strong communication skills • Minimum three years of experience within a senior community with independent living, skilled nursing services and assisted living services
