PARC PROVENCE Now hiring for Director of Nursing. Unique opportunity for a talented RN to work in a luxurious private pay community with low resident-staff ratio. PARC PROVENCE specializes in state-of-the art memory care for seniors.

COViD-19 Protocol:

At Parc Provence, we are taking the COVID-19 situation seriously and have implemented multiple modifications to help safeguard the safety of our residents and staff. On 3/12/2020, we closed our doors to visitors. All deliveries are disinfected before they are brought into the building and extra disinfecting measures are being performed throughout the community. All staff are required to go through a screening process including completing a questionnaire and having their temperature taken upon entering the community and again during each shift. We are observing the social distancing policy by placing markers on the floors to direct traffic and to avoid any congestion of staff and residents. Parc Provence provides N-95 masks for all staff to wear while they are in the community during this challenging time of COVID-19.

The Director of Nursing manages all nursing staff and is responsible for ensuring that quality care is provided to each resident.

Responsibilities:

Manage all nursing staff including CNA, CMT, LPN, RN, Restorative Aide, Staffing Coordinator, MD Coordinator and Medical Records.
Direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
Provide direct resident care when needed.
Assess resident care needs and assist in development of individualized plans of resident care.
Direct implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
Manage nursing department issues and work towards a resolution.
Work with families and residents to enhance the well being of each resident.
Ensure all nursing equipment is clean and in working condition.
Address residents’/families’ concerns, complaints and requests related to care.
Respond to any nursing emergency.
Conduct inspections of all areas to ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsible for fiscal operation of the nursing department.
Be an active and integrated part of the Management Team.
Participate in the Manager on Duty rotation schedule.
Qualifications:

RN Licensed in Missouri
Experience in Long Term Care preferred
Supervisory experience in healthcare preferred
Memory Care experience a plus
Computer skills
Compassion for Seniors
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness and ability to be a team player
