Administrator

Lincoln Community Nursing Home District is a 66 bed skilled facility with an attached 14 bed assisted living facility in Lincoln, MO. Seeking a licensed nursing home administrator with experience in skilled care including Medicare and Medicaid certification. This is a nonprofit public entity. The Administrator will work closely with the board of directors and staff to provide exceptional standards and maintain quality care. The right individual to fill this position will have strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long term care, have experience in financial operations such as creating budgets and understanding financial reports, and must have great leadership and communication skills. Must possess a current Missouri Nursing Home Administrators license and have experience in long term care with a work history that exemplifies integrity, and a strong work ethic. This is a full time position with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, personal and sick leave. Pay will be based on experience and education.
