Reviews and evaluates policies, procedures, and work methods of the facility; performs reasonable and related functions as assigned by the Executive Director; insures the facility meets requirements for licensing and accreditation; directs the planning, staffing, and controlling of all departments; assists in budget preparation; engages in positive public relations; attends and participates in seminars, conferences, and appropriate associations; behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and other duties as requested.
