Rolla Manor Care Center is a 102 bed facility in the heart of Rolla and has an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Rolla Manor is a skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, respite care and hospice. Rolla Manor is a 2018 Bronze Award recipient and has a dedicated staff including MHCA’s 2017 C.N.A of the Year and MHCA’s 2018 Employee of the Year.
The ideal candidate for this position must possess strong leadership skills and a desire to serve the senior population. The Administrator will be responsible for establishing, implementing and managing effective and efficient practices, operations, systems and programs for delivering a safe, caring, pleasant and medically sound residential environment that complies with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. The Administrator will also serve as the standard bearer for seeing that all department and staff efforts support company goals of protecting and maintaining the highest practical quality of life and health for all residents.
