Just because you put a group of people together, doesn’t mean that they will all get along. Team dynamics can change just by the addition or subtraction of a team member. This session will allow you to examine your team’s effectiveness and become familiar with the skills you need to bring as a member of a successful team. These skills include positive interdependence, individual accountability, face-to-face interaction, collaboration skills, and group processing skills. Within this skill set, we will cover psychological safety, trust, communication, cooperation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
This session will require participation so come prepared to participate.
