PURPOSE
Being a strong and effective leader is like world peace.  Everyone is for it; but those who can actually make it happen are a very select group.  The purpose of this workshop is to provide you with the principles that you can effectively apply to your work environment and create better results for your residents, family members and your work team. Your positive participation will not only help you; but it will allow you to empower your entire team. Once the concepts are learned; you will come to find that they apply all throughout the long-term care system as well as with the many different partners that you will come in contact in your work career.  You may even find that you can apply these principles in other areas of your life.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This workshop is geared towards those individuals working in long-term care, including: Nursing Home Administrators, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Activity Directors, Occupational and Physical Therapist, Dietary and Diabetes Educators.

Workshop currently pending CE approval.
