Purpose: To learn what behavioral interviewing is and the types of questions used to ensure smarter hire decisions. Participants will also learn about why the generations are different and tips on maintaining a stable workforce. Attendees will gain practical ideas for hiring and maintaining a multigenerational workforce.
Objectives
- Illustrate two differences between each generation in the workforce.
- Define behavioral interviewing.
- Compare and contrast on-boarding and orientation.
