Pricing Details:
If CE certificates or attendance certificates are requested, prices are as follows:
Member:
Students: $10 per student
Instructors: $50 (receives CE credit)
Nonmember:
Students: $10
Instructors: $70 (receives CE credit)
If CE certificates or attendance certificates are NOT requested for students, only the instructor will be charged (based on membership status). Student(s) are free. The instructor who signs up for the webinar will receive a CE certificate. In order for additional staff to receive CE credit ($30 per person for a webinar up to 2 hours long), they MUST BE an Individual or Agency Member of the MLN. All additional staff must be pre-registered in order to take advantage of this offer. Additional staff will be emailed a post-test after the webinar which must be submitted to the MLN office within two days of the webinar to receive CE credit.
If you are an instructor and want to sign your students up for a webinar (which provides a certificate), what’s the next step? Follow these steps! It’s that easy!!
1. You, (instructor) must sign up for the webinar by clicking on the corresponding webinar link on our website under the web-based learning tab.
2. Send ONE check to the MLN for payment of all additional students/instructors participating on the webinar.
3. Send a document via email, mail, or fax with the following information for each additional participant:
a. First and last name
b. Last four digits of social security number
c. Email address
d. Position (if instructor)
4. Once MLN receives payment, your webinar request will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email with webinar information.
