GOAL 1: Develop and implement organizational structure that promotes future growth consistent with MLN’s mission.
Strategies:
- Establish an environment/structure that enhances and promotes research, planning, and development.
- Establish mechanisms to provide for financial stability.
- Advance the organization through comprehensive evaluation of the MLN.
GOAL 2: Explore and facilitate use of technology to advance education, information, and collaboration.
Strategies:
- Utilize technology to facilitate the advancement of education for health care professionals.
- Utilize technology to enhance the delivery of health care information.
- Enhance collaboration through the use of technology.
GOAL 3: Expand programs and services for health care professionals.
Strategies:
- Collaborate with other agencies (CE’s for nurse educators, allied groups, programming and community service).
- Explore additional benefits/services for members.
